Civil protection

Civil protection is implemented into Slovak legislation in the form of the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 42/1994 Coll. on Civil Protection of Population and on amending and supplementing certain laws.

Several executive decrees defines the scope of action of the state administration bodies at various levels, as well as opertors that present a possible emergency situation.

Pursuant to the Act of the National Council of SR no. 42/1994 Coll. on civil defence of population as amended and the Decree of the Ministry of Interior of SR no. 533/2006 Coll. on population protection from effects of dangerous substances, the operator is obliged to prepare the Plan of population protection in case of exceptional events connected to leakage of dangerous substances.

In this field, we offer elaboration of document according to requirements of Decree no. 533/2006 on population protection from effects of dangerous substances (Plan of population protection in case of exceptional events connected to leakage of dangerous substances).
